problem with .mt0 hspice output file

Hi, my output .mt0 file is like that:

I would like to import this to excel, but i would like to avoid the linewrapping.

How i can solve this problem¿¿¿

Why don't you remove the constant values (temp, temper, alter#) in the .measure statement?
