matlab pwelch

Hi. I'm kind of new in the "Matlab's world". I'm trying to start simulating UWB systems and stuff, and there are some commands such as pwelch, gmonopulse or pulstran which would be helpful for me. The problem is that, when trying to use them, I get an error message, some thing like "pwelch.m not found". And that's right, there's not such pwelch.m in my computer, although the installation is right I think. Is my Matlab correctly installed?Do you know what my problem could be?
Thanks a lot for your help!
