Problem with Jkey - can erase flash!

I have problem with Jkey, when I erase flash (flash timeout DQ5)=What's mean
I can't erase my flash
this my flash defination
Flash, 75, "39VF320", 0x2783, 0x200000, 0, 1, 0, 1, 512, 1
Sector, 75, 512, 0, 0x10000
