igbt in pspice

I try to simulate IGBT with Pspice in different configuration for example buck converter (see the image), but the voltage in the exit is always smaller than the gate voltage 15V despite that supply voltage is 300V. The same story with the half and full bridges and different IGBTs. Where is the problem?
Thanks!

igbt pspice

The problem is, that the gate voltage has to be applied between gate and emitter rather than gate and common ground, as you did. That's why level-shifting and isolating gate drivers are used for high-side switches in real life.
