Problem with ICD on 16f876A

I make ICD with 16f876A

All ok downloading new operation system, programming, test vdd,vpp, target
but after reset:
this warning :

Warn 0015. Program memory has changed since last program operation?
Continue with debug operations?

OK

Reset
ICD0083 Target not in debug mode enable to perf. oper.
ICD0069 Unable to run target

Help to understand this?

maybe the target device "debug" fuse be set wrong . Thanks for your sch of using 876a as a icd2. You disassemble icd2 hex file, and reassemble it using 876a?

Are you sure that icd work with 16f876a mcu?
PIC16F876A may be a target, but (as i know) icd firmware require pic16f876 without A inside.

Oh, no. For ICD2 you need to use just pic16f876A ("A").

For examle see https://icd2clone.narod.ru icd2 ver 1.4. It's very simple and works with 5V targets fine.
