Problem with detecting watermark with the Reed Solomon decoder

hi,
i am preparing a comparison between different encoders in audio watermarking and i have problems in detecting my watermark (text mark) with the reed solomon decoder . My decoder detects (with neural network) a mark wich is encoded in galois field (values are between 0 and 15). the problem is that the mark inserted in the audio signal is a binary message , that's why my algorithm finds other values than 1 in comparison of mark inserted and detected.

the result is 0.3509 but i want to have 1 because there is no attacks
can anyone help me

I can work it out with the help of my guide specialiasing on Error correcting code? but I am working on watermarking encoder where she has no idea about it? If u can send me the code for encoder of watermarked code.
