d class amp

Hi,
I have a problem with this class D amplifier:
https://focus.ti.com/docs/prod/folders/print/tpa2005d1.html
I've used it as in Figure 34 pag.11 of datasheet:
Ri=150kohm=>GAIN=2
Ci=3.3nF
IN- is connected (with RC high-pass filter) to a micro DAC
DAC output is between 0 and Vdd(=3.3V; the same Vdd of TPA)
I listen sound, but volume is very very low (and i don't understand why)...i think that GAIN=2 is correct (if 0<DACout<Vdd ==> -Vdd/2<In-<Vdd/2 ==> GAIN=2 because -Vdd<output amplifier<Vdd)...can you help me?

Thanks for your reply...
What you think it shoud be?
