Problem with Converting voltage to frequency !

Hi all . I have a problem with Lm331. I connect Fout pin in Lm331 to B pin 2n2222 transistor. And i really want to know transistor 2N2222 can work on off with frequency about 1kHz. Because i want to measure voltage Dc by counting frequency use Microcontroller 8051! Thank !

It surely can. But there's no reason to use a transistor in this place. Just connect Fout to the 8051, with a pull-up resistor as suggested in the datasheet.

XR4151 is Voltage to frequency and frequency to voltage converter IC u can use this ic 4 yr work
