hi,anyone knows why i couldnt get a continuous sine wave like this:

after i input Manchester coded random data into raised cosine filter but ends up getting square waves in time domain? I am using digital raised cosine filter with filter order=2 and fs = 3MHz,fc=1MHz,FIR/normal.
Thanks for any advices.
