cadence voltage storm

Hi, I'm using Voltage Storm over several designs in GSCLIB 3.0 . The problem is that in order to run, it needs (apart from other things) a power grid cell library, that is for each cell it has to know the internal power grid. To generate that info i should use LIBGEN, the problem is that LIBGEN needs a techfile, a laymapiing file and the lef file. I'm not sure but in GSCLIB 3.0 (we could download it from crete-cadence) we don't have a .tch (techfile) neither a layermapping file right? How can i create them both?? Thanks

Maybe you can find these tech files in the PDK for assura.
