Problem with an unstable output of a DC to AC converter

HI All!

A 2.5KW converter input 120 VDC & output 220-230 VAC.


The problem is when i run the converter under full load (11 Ampere) it gives 225 VAC output volt at 118-120 VDC input, after one hour it gives 222 VAC at output
& after two hours it gives 220 V AC at output then after sometime it comes to 219VAC & then the voltages starts fluctuating between 218-234 VAC, the max temperature rise is 65 degree Celcius which is under limit.

Why the output is not stable & what should i do to remove this bug.

It works fine at 10.2 Ampere (226 VAC at output)
the rated is 11 Ampere.

it is an indication of temperature effect.

what you said as within 65 deg may be for the entire enclosure .

some individual components temp may cross the specified limit at that load current.

since the situation happen at 11amps , measure the temp from the outpuside components traversing thro inner blocks.
