Problem while running two no. dc micromotors "A413" on 3V "AA" baterries..

I wish to run two dc micromotors (A413) in parallel with 3V "AA" batteries across them. The average current drawn by each motor is approx. 160mA. I have used 2nos. 1.5V each, duracell make batteries which are expected to last longer. But the speed of the motors decreases rapidly after one hour and motors comes to a halt in roughly two hours. I wish to run this setup continuously for 5hrs. Can anyone suggest if this could be achieved by some means? does connecting a capacitor across the micromotors helps? Thanks in advance
