Problem on circuit broad. Need info on unknow part.

Hey guys so I am currently working on a laser project using this **broken link removed**. However I accidentally hook it to the 12v power source and a small component instantly burned. I am not sure whether I read this correctly but that part is written "a1shb" which is in sot-23 package.

Any info on the part? Thanks

If this is the component (**broken link removed**), then it is a 2.5V P-Channel MOSFET: Si2301DS (www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheet/vishay/70627.pdf)
