Problem of moving the window of cadence

We use cadence under LINUX, and we have to click on the window to activate it, and then click on the other place to move it.

We can't move the window directly like before (LINUX also, with higher version).

What is the problem? Thanks for help.

There is a setting of XWindow desktop to activate window by mouse pointer instead 0f clicking.

...and you don't find that in the linux, better to use the solaris.
