problem in starting MPLAB with Hitech C Compiler

hello,
I am using MPLAB IDE for programing of PIC micro controller. but now a days i am facing a problem during starting of MPLAB IDE. when i starts my IDE. it gives an error "The Application wase unable to start correctly(0xc0000022). click OK to terminate the program". After that this window will close. due to this i am unable to use this IDE. So if anybody has a solution then please help me.

thanx for your help. i have read your both the links, which you have given. the second link seems to be useful for me. but the process which was shown there is for windows XP. but i am using windows 7. & another thing is that the file MSVBVM60.DLL is not present in my PC> so if you have any other link or method to solve my problem so please help me.
 

Does the error report the program that causes the problem? Like in the second link, at the top left of the error box.

yes the same error report in my program when i start my MPLAB IDE. but the file MSVBVM60.dll. which is not available in my pC. so please tell me what should i do?
