i have designed an ota based notch filter to eliminate 50 hz power line noise i will be attaching the schematic and output input waveform and frequency response i am getting problem in output waveform some portion of my signal is getting distorted/removed can you guys please tell me where i have made mistake red one is input waveform and blue is output waveform i have superimposed a 50 hz sinusiodal noise

Pls. show the specs for X1, X2
Vcm, Vdm range, gm gain etc and signals at each node.

Why do you need a 50 Hz notch since grid can change f +-10% and that will reduce notch effectiveness.
You need to improve INA's with active guarding and RLD to improve CMRR.
