problem with graphics in c

Hey friends can any one please tell me how to have all 256 colors in C graphics. C generally gives 16 colors. How can we have all the colors in C?

Hey thanks man. But I am Electronics student. Can u please explain me how to use these libraries in detail. I dont know to do it.

I am using Windows XP Service Pack 2. I am using Turbo C++ IDE.

I recommend you to use Microsoft Visual Studio for programming under windows. It's not freeware software, but I think you can get it.
If you need freeware software, I prefer Code::Blocks IDE. Look at https://www.codeblocks.org/ You need to download Windows Version with mingw compiler. (Download link is https://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/codeblocks/codeblocks-1.0rc2_mingw.exe?download)

And the just look over the internet to find any Windows API Examples or tutorials.
If will encounter problems - write here.

Good luck!

For getting the better resolution use C++ on os windowsxp, or
Better you use the Java or vb
Which give you better color resolution for graphics.
