Problem in Firmware downloading in to module

Dear Sir/Madam

while Downloading New firmware in to 24Plus Module there is some Disturbance& it was stopped. After that it is showing error Message for every AT command, what should i do, If i tried to re Download it is showing the message Transfer cancelled by Remote system.

pl give me suggestion on this topic.
