Hi everyone, I'm designing a charging kit system whereby i need to connect the charging kit (+)(-) to this picture attacted. i was told that this connection of the picture is wrong. Please help
 

Are you using which type battery?.

And post battery specification like battery voltage & current.

What is the component RY5 W like that.?
