Problem after installed IC5141

Hi everyone,I meet some problem when I completely installed IC5141.I had config the license file, but I can't start the software correctly. Even if I go to the folder $CDS_INST_DIR/tools/dfII/bin/ and run the software such as icfb.exe directly, the software reponsed nothing......no icfb window shown. Is there anybody have meet the same problem to me?
Sorry for my poor English, this is my first time call for help in this forum.

Added after 4 minutes:

My laptop's hardware are Pm+855PM+ATI R9000. Linux is RHEL3.
 

What is the log information after you run the software.
 

no response......it seems nothing happen.
