predetermined bsim3v3 paramters

I could calculate every parameter for a bsim3v3 mosfet myself, or there already may be some parameters out there. :) Im using 0.18um technology and the ciruit will have a 1.8V power supply. Any suggestions where i can find some already calculated parameters, or at least some commonly used parameters that i can use to calculate other parameters.
