power transistor in 6 GHz

i need to design 6 GHz Power amplifier using discreete transistor

is there any transistor can provide about 30 ro 40 dBm in this range

The main suppliers of discrete transistors in this frequency range are: Filtronic ( for example LP3000p100 is a 33dbm Phemt), MA/COM,Eudyna,...

Anyway I would suggest that you use an internally matched module which reduces the cost of pripherals and test and troubleshooting by regarding the fact that its price is about 2 times a simple transistor.

i am designing this for my master , so i must do everything :)

so i prfer to use a transistor , and i will design the all amp
