Hello all,
Is it typical to simulate a circuit with the CMOS technology of 0.18um with the power supply of 2.5? or it should be 0.25um or 1.8V?

regards,

For TSMC 0.18um CMOS technology, the Vgs Vds of 1.8V MOS devices should < 1.8V, the Vgs Vds of 3.3V MOS devices should < 3.3V.

regards,

The thin oxide devices in a 0.18um technology will typically have a nominal vdd of 1.8V, while the thick oxide devices will typically have a nominal vdd of either 2.5V or 3.3V. You should take a look into the PDK (Process Design Kit) documentation.
