Power Supply Selection for Comparator Circuit

Dear Experts,


I am designing a circuit that compares VDD33 (direct power) and VBAT (battery power), selecting the higher voltage to pass through the switch.

My challenge is determining the appropriate power supply for the comparator circuit, given that either VBAT or VDD33 may be invalid at times.

I would appreciate any insights or recommendations.

I presume that diode conduction of P1 and P2 for Vp respectively Vs > Vo is intentional?

Respectively comparator can be supplied by Vo if common range exceeds positive supply.
