Power supply for OpAmps

Hi, I am designing power supplies for the PCB having operational amplifiers as main components. I am wondering which current for designing power supply from the datasheet of operational amplifiers should I consider as maximum and typical. I have found two currents in the datasheets, the output current and quiescent current and supply current.

* You can´t change the quiescent current.
* But your circuit decides about the output current.
Add both and add some headroom.

Worst case would be IOUT+ + ICC, |IOUT-|+|IEE|. Probably
all trivial, tens of mA apiece. The more you know about load
per instance, (like, one op amp driving another probably
isn't going to be asked to deliver 10mA) the more you can
refine your supply budget.
