At the beginig, device was just a 30V 10A power supply, but when winter comes, I decided to tune up device with rectifier with current regulation.
But let’s start from very beginning
1) power supply is based on well known project https://www.electronics-lab.com/projects/power/003/index.html with some small upgrades.
2) I didin’t use rectifier in practice yet, but “without” using accumulator it works fine. Rectifier consist 3 secure modes that control relay. Relay is responsible for power via “triple input AND gate” It secure against”
a) double current secure system:
- first works thanks to this feeder https://www.electronics-lab.com/projects/power/003/index.html We can regulate max current of accumulator charge
- second works thanks to AVT2857 measuring instrument. We can set current limit, after power will be cut. ( this secure is very rare use).
b) voltage secure, works thanks to AVT2857 where we can set parameters when rectifier should start or stop ( for example 14,4V charge is off, 13,2 charge is on)
c) secure against reverse accumulator plug. If accumulator is plug in wrong direction, rectifier won’t start work.

In rectifier mode, is baypass that allow to “ willful” rectifier start in case of lower voltage at accumulator then 1,5V
Switch at front panel allow to switch between two functions: in power supply mode, voltage secure and wrong accumulator connection is off
Device consist auto ventilator start.
