Re: power supply 12v ac instead of dc

Hello

first post for me!!!:D

I used by mistake a dc power supply to a microphone preamp.

Did I make any damage??

What do you think?

Thank you

Gigi

Another mistake I used DC insted of AC (not ad)

What kind of preamp is that? Is it supposed to be plugged into its own power supply or directly to mains voltage? If it runs on its own AC power supply and you conected it to some DC power supply, it SHOULD not be any damage but without knowing more details it is hard to tell exactly...
