hai ..
i want a better project based on power semiconductor drives .....
that too .. that must be based on choppers ...
plse help . me .. and give me some better ideas ...
i dont kno what to do ...
 

What exaclty is that you want to drive?
Current? Voltage? frequency?

i wantt to drive voltage using power mosfet..as it is regarded as voltage driven device ..
my project guide is asking the driver circuit for the mosfet .. if .. it is successful then ...we must find a project based on the power mosfet ... f
can u give me some ideas ... or projects .. based on the power mosfet ?.... plse ....

A good driver is the Microchip TC4426/7/8 chip.

You can drive P-channel or N-channel Mosfets.

Then you can control a motor, a LED power device, a lamp, a Resistor for Thermally controlled oven, ....,
