What is the power handling capacity of the following systems

(1) Mobile wireless communication, (2) Small Satellite Subsystem communication (< 100 Kg Small Satellite Subsystem) (3) Atmospheric Radars communication
 

Femto Watts to Mega Watts. Are you talking about uplinks, downlinks, power consumption, power emission, overload capability, ERP or something else?

Mobile Receiver, Satellite receiver (Downlink) and Atmospheric Radar receiver Power handling capacity
 

<50W if the Radar receiver do not use continually rotating antenna (mechanical).
