i posted a similar topic a while ago but only got a cupple of hits
if anyone knows of a high current positive to negative voltage
( 5 kva or more) converter of any frequency or how to modify
a low current converter please post any information or schematics
on how to do this.
this is to go with a generator that i have desined that is already
working and runs off power that is generated by itself during
normal operation.
it's not quiet perpetual motion but it's close enuff.

many thanks steve

ps: seriously this is for a project to change the green energy
crisis for the better of mankind please help

With that much power, you'd rather take it off as close to
the source as possible I expect. Perhaps another winding
on the generator, or an opposite phase rectifier pack, etc.

Doing 5kW with electronics means unloading maybe 1kW of
heat at full load.

im designing an inverter to run with generator and will be running rather
big heatsinks but not that fussed because it dosent use fule to run or start
so thiers no problem with it leveling a back yard if it blows up

steve

i am doing a converter with high current and low voltage.
