good evening
i ve questions and i want your help
1-draw only the block diagram and draw the input and output voltage waveform of the following
1-controller Rectifier
2-Chopper
3-Inverter
4-Cyclo converter
5- Ac voltage Regulator
2- compare the performace characteristics of the following devices in terms of voltage, current, power, frequency, switching characteristics and an appliction:
SCR,Power BJT,MOSFET,IGBT,GTO
3- Draw the output current and voltage wave forms for a fullwave uncontrolled rectifier.Also derive the expressions for its average and rms voltage and current.


i use my reference book Muhammed Rashid but i didnt find answer
so please help me
