power control algorithm in wireless communication

I am sending one paper related to power control algorithm in wireless communication///
In this paper author has compared three algorithm....
1---Distance Based
2---Distributed balancing
3---Adaptive step SIR

I try to do coding using matlab...So,if anybody has code for that please send me...

have you any knowlege realted to this paper ot thesis title please shared with me...

may be this script helpfull for Distance Based Power Allocation and Multi-Step SIR Power Control Method, i found it from internet, i dont know it works or not, but for Adaptive Step SIR may be works
