Power consumption in a cellphone (to determine IC power consumption)

Hello!

Are there any models that show how power is consumed by a cellphone? Im guessing top 3 are display, gpu, rf transmitter...

I am trying to see what power goes into the FEM and more specific components from there.

Sources would be appreciated
