hi

what type of linearisation techniques are mostly done in power amplifier for class A implementing deep submicron CMOS process

I think digital predistortion is a good option. Digital processing is cheap in CMOS and the filter can be optimized later on when implied on DSP.

Hi:

Try Cartesian feedback technique or Envelope Elimination and restoration technique.

i think it must relate to your signal bandwith, if it's narrow, cartesian loop will be ok. i dont know much about digital predistorter, who have finished a predistorter and can you tell me the result of you predistorter and how mang ACPR is improved.
