dear everyone......

i need help in designing of a power amplifier using free scale device.(MRFE based)

kindly give me detail idea to implement this and step to proceed as i am beginner in this area.
 

Mhm, you should specify your requirements: output power, efficiency, frequency, act. device you want to use.

freq:--1.3 GHz,
output power- 10 Watts
eff: >50
free scale : MRF- MW6S004NT
