porting of ts 7300

If anyone could please help me on how to make this work

I have the ucos-ii source code and the arm9 port required. But i don't know how to compile them together. I tried building the crosstool chain in linux but failed so thought that if i could make it wokr using borland compiler 4.5. Is it possible?

And one more thing. When i compile this source code, what exactly will i get and how will i use it on the arm9 board.
