Here I send out my model for a microstrp with cmos technology. The system warns that
" Port refinement, process abc3d : Port "WavePort1" has disconnected faces. Please replace the port with multiple ports, each of which is connected. "
I don't know how to handle it

Where are you trying to send the wave into? Is the S3-layer your waveguide?

First, the waveport should have undefined space on one side. In your model, the backside of the waveport is pec plus it is inside the surrounding air. Make the airbox smaller and remove the pec-boxes, so that the model begins, where the stripline begins. Then make rectangles to the wall of the airbox on which you define the waveports. Be sure not to assign radiation to these rectangles.

Why did you model the SUB and the GND? Isn't the Au-layer ground enough?
