Port refinement error: hf3d error

Hello,

I am designing antenna but there is an error in the port mentioning "port refinement, process hf3d error: mesh segments could not be obtained for an edge of terminal signal_pin_t1 assigned to port 1.." I could not find the error related to it. I highly appreciate the help to debug the error.
