Port, Interface and Protocols Confused

I am confused between interface and port. Suppose USB which is taken as both port and protocol. Now a new term comes interface. See the table in the picture there are different interfaces comparison.
If interface is a physical term then how can I2C and SPI be interfaces? Because these are serial protocols.

The other confusion about RS232. Is it a port or a protocol? Because in PC it is taken as RS232 port but it also used as protocols.

Can someone list types of ports and protocols.

Your question is valid. I would like clear your doubt.

Protocol : Protocol is rules and regulation or grammar to implement something. protocol is actual format for transmission and reception.
I would like to give one example to you. English is language. grammar is protocol, which defined the actual implementation of English language.

Port is physical term mean with connector and pins. (It can be male or female)

Interface : Interface is media though which communication happens. It may be two wire, 4 wire, or wire less. Interface mean joining or connection of two different things(can be device or other things).

So USB, RS232 is defined protocol. It describe everything to implement it.

Here is A and B is device

and 001100110011 is protocol.
