I’ ve made that stroboscope to put it in the car, it will be nice gadget at car meetings  of course it’s not just a copy of police lights. I’ve made some changes.
First change was to remove all blue diodes, and replace them by blue. After I had annalists project, I decided that two boards for blue diodes will be enough. Now I had to plugged them instead red.
Second change was to displace T1, T2, T3 transistors. Instead BC558 and BC548 I used BC550 and BC546 cause those I had at home. Another change was allay resistors resistance R2 and R7 from 1,2M ohm to 1 M ohm.
Project doesn’t make any problems. It worked for first time. Only problem was that two diodes doesn’t flash, reason for that was I didn’t solder them strong enough.
Boards are made in thermo transfer mode. I think they are fine.
Costs of all stroboscope was about few pounds. I only had to buy U1 –CD 4069 chip and blue 5mm LED diodes, water clean type.
Here’s https://www.elektroda.pl/rtvforum/topic1484225.html some pictures, sory about quality but I ‘ve made them by mobile
