What tools from borland is available for programming Pocket PCs with windows(mobile version) OS?
eVC++ is a tool from microsoft ,but it is not RAD,and takes a lot of time to find help in its help and do a task.It waste time ,I need a tool to concentate on my application not the tool itself.
