pMosfet high side Driver help please?

The circuit below produces -11.5v with +probe connected to Drain and the - probe to the +24v supply rail.
Does the -11.5 first needs to be inverted to be used by the motor or it can be used directly?

Please note below some relevant data:
- Gate ref. - side of the 24v supply = 12.1 (the Zenner is a 12v one).
- Gate(+ Probe) to Source(- Probe) = -11.8v
- Drain(+ Probe) to Source(- Probe) = -11.5v

Added after 19 minutes:

Connecting the other end of the Motor to the positive rail where it should have the -11.5 voltage is also not working!

ur first drawing is ok just D2.. its zener diode if VZ< 24v u will get short circuit
just replace D2 with diode like 1N400x ....
second drawing is wrong no current follow through MT2,Q2.

As per the first drawing connecting the +probe to the drain and the -probe to the negative rail of my supply does not show any voltage?! Is that how it is supposed to be? While if in the same situation I connect the -probe to the + rail I see -11.6???!!! This is with no MT1 or D2 connected.

BTW, my typo, D2 is a Diode!

Any thoughts on this issue anyone please?
BTW, connecting an LED -pin to Drain and +pin to the + rail turns it on with a 1.6 voltage then showing on the meter???!!!
If the voltage out of the drain IS negative then how is it expected to have voltage referenced to the negative rail as depicted in the link below???!!!

Please DISREGARD, false alarm...my fault for wrongly connecting the fet pins...
