Hi,
I'm doing analog (and some digital) design using a PFET only process (fabricating myself). I'd like to be able to make amplifiers, boolean logic gates; basically any circuits that don't require good matching properties (like a-Si) of transistors (e.g. diff pairs, current mirrors).
My first inclination was to look for books from the late 60s/early 70s which discussed PMOS logic. However, I'm having trouble finding good sources of PMOS-only analog and digital circuits.
I'd appreciate it very much if someone could suggest a good book or some helpful journal papers.
Thanks,
Ivan
