We know that, between PMOS and NMOS is negative correlation.

But, does anyone has any document can be referenced?
 

Ask the fab to send you PCM data of several runs. Fabs must keep that information to perform statistical quality control. Then make a cloud plot of all data and try to fit the data to any model.
 

see the model file of PMOS and NMOS, u can find the relation.
