They each have different voltages across them but none will ever be more than the supply voltage so if you use 12V or higher rated capacitors it will work OK. In practice, you will find it difficult to get C2 and C3 with voltage ratings as low as 12V but that doesn't matter. If the voltage rating is higher than it needs to be there is no problem, it's only if you go too low that there is a risk of failure.
