Hi,Gurus,
I set up a lens antenna HFSS file, and using symetry to reduce half the meshes.
But I met some error so that I can't proceed to check the far field parameters.
Could you pls help me to fix the error so that I can simulate it properly?
I attached the HFSS file and rename it to TXT, pls just change its name to ".aedt", i.e. "60G_Lens_Antenna_Opt1_Done2_Mirror_Proxy_20220508.aedt".
And I used is Ansys 2021R1 version.
Sincerely,
Tony Liu

Hi Tony,

I do not get an error when I run the simulation, but I do get a valid warning:

The following symmetry boundaries do not touch the background: 'Sym1' . This may produce incorrect results.

This is because your vacuum box overlaps the symmetry boundary, which is only applied to your solder mask lens. The symmetry boundary needs to be applied to the entire domain.

Regards
