Plotting threshold voltage as a function of VSB

Hi,



I wanted to know, for an nMOS, how to plot threshold voltage VTH as a function of VSB. I am planning to use LTSPICE for the purpose. Specifically pls. tell me how to connect the schematic and run the simulation. (Pls note that I am trying to plot VTH vs VSB and not ID vs VSB). This will give me an idea as to how to capture a changing VTH through a simulation

Any pointers will be thankfully acknowledged.
