PLotting Graphs using IAR embedded workbench?

I need to display graphs on Olimex STM32-LCD development board ,and I am using IAR workbench and ST link debugger , what is the C code needed to plot graphs (or at least x-y axes) . I have limited knowledge in programming , any suggestions please?
