Plotting gm/id and Id/(W/L) using Mentor

Hi,
I'm a newbie in analog IC design. I would like to try applying gm/id methodolgy for opamp design.Can anyone tell me how do we plot gm/id and Id/(W/L) using Mentor?
Hope someone can help me. Thanks:D
 

Mentor? It is a huge software, I think. Try it in any simple Spice --- it is easy.
