Plotting bode versus measurements with Matlab

Hallo all together,

I have a problem because I want to plot my measurements of phase and magnitude plot versus the calculated bodeplot of Matlab.

plot(M(1:22,1),M(1:22,4)) plots the measured frequencies versus the magnitude in dB but how can I overlap the plot with the bode?

If the bode plot looks some what like this, plot your data in the same Fig1
 

Hi, that is what i want to do but how?
I tried like that
P = bodeoptions; % Set phase visiblity to off and frequency units to Hz in options
P.PhaseVisible = 'off';
P.FreqUnits = 'Hz'; % Create plot with the options specified by P
figure(1)
h = bodeplot(hs,P);
plotyy(M(1:22,1),M(1:22,4),h);
but it does not work,
maybe you can help!?
